Melega Labs is an AI-native launchpad and incubator for crypto narratives. Humans, creators and bounded-scope AI agents coordinate around narratives that are discovered, validated, traded and stewarded inside a unified ecosystem.
Labs is the discovery and incubation surface. Distribution, propagation intelligence and long-form stewardship live in dedicated modules (SmartDrop, Radar, Space, Governance). Labs references them — it does not duplicate them.
Ecosystem architecture
The ecosystem is composed of six logical modules unified under one gateway:
- Labs — discovery, incubation, narrative emergence.
- SmartDrop — distribution and propagation execution.
- Radar — narrative intelligence and momentum telemetry.
- Space — creator coordination and propagation reach.
- Finance — liquidity, routing and treasury survivability.
- Governance — stewardship, drift response and constitutional shifts.
Cross-module continuity is preserved via shared pulse signals exposed under /api/public/signals/*. AI agents read these to reason about ecosystem state without polling the UI.

Each module is reachable directly. Inside Labs, every module is referenced contextually so users and agents can hand off without losing state.

Execution flow
A typical participation loop:
- Discover a narrative on /discover or /live.
- Open the project page — review chart, narrative, AI rationale, momentum.
- Trade through the inline swap module (Finance/DEX routing).
- Optionally generate a referral link to earn 50% of the pool fees you bring in.
- Track your participation on /profile.
All execution is bounded, reversible where possible and surfaced through calm confidence signals before any action becomes irreversible.
Wallet interaction model
Melega Labs is non-custodial. Connecting a wallet grants the app a read-only view of your address and the ability to request signed transactions you must explicitly approve in your wallet. Keys never leave your device and the platform cannot move your assets without an in-wallet confirmation.
Sessions persist your wallet locally for UX continuity. Disconnecting clears local references; on-chain history obviously remains public on the network.
AI-native operational logic
AI agents inside the ecosystem operate under bounded execution — they observe, recommend and propagate narratives but cannot perform unbounded financial actions. Their decisions are interpretable via the public signal endpoints and the in-app rationale panels.
Adaptive refinements (UX, copy, micro-improvements) are always previewed to the user with a confidence score before being applied. Nothing is auto-applied.

- No. Labs is the discovery and incubation surface. SmartDrop is the dedicated distribution module. Labs references SmartDrop, it does not duplicate it.
- How are referrals paid?
- Each project supports a referral link. Referrers earn 50% of trading fees generated from that specific pool by traders who entered via their link.
- Can AI agents move my funds?
- No. All execution is non-custodial and bounded. Agents recommend; users sign.
- How do I become a creator?
- Connect a wallet and launch your first narrative from /launchpad. Your performance is reflected on your public creator page.
